Black Lives Matter

We want to express support for our Black employees and acknowledge the trauma and grief associated with the trial for George Floyd's killing last summer. We encourage all employees to utilize our Employee Assistance Program as needed to access a wide variety of support, including mental health and counseling resources.

Additionally, we encourage all employees to watch this brief video on how you can be a better ally in the workplace.

Stop AAPI Hate

In the wake of the recent tragedy in Atlanta and the ongoing rise in anti-Asian violence in the U.S., we want to affirm our support for the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. We encourage you to visit stopaapihate.org to learn more about how to combat anti-Asian racism.

Our DEI Learning Center channel in Microsoft Teams is where employees can find and share DEI-related books, articles, videos, and podcasts with the rest of the company. We encourage you to view existing posts and share your recommendations.

The DEI Committee strives to make CSS a strong organization by ensuring that our company is a place where differences are welcomed, different perspectives are respectfully heard, and every individual feels a sense of belonging and inclusion.
