DEI Book ClubWe held our first ever DEI book club meetings last week to discuss Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man by Emmanuel Acho. We appreciate the thoughtful participation by all who attended. We will announce our next book in the coming weeks. The DEI committee has reviewed the results and is working on implementing all employee feedback. Allyship Training SessionsAll managers and admin staff should now have completed the Allyship training session in GROW, and everyone else will be assigned the course this month. Please take the time to complete this important training in August! |
