Hi, my name is Phillip Fullingim, I am the new Business Operations Manager for CSS.
So far my favorite thing about CSS is the company culture. Everyone has been welcoming and easy to work with.
It seems clear to me that we have a very collaborative, supportive team environment, which is very important.
Here are some quick hits to know about me:
- I was born in the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area into a big family. By “big” I mean lots of people (5 siblings, 23 first cousins), but I also mean BIG; I am 6’1”, 230lbs, and I am the small one.
- In 2019, I married my wife Hannah, who grew up in the Austin/San Antonio area. In April 2022, we added the newest tiny addition to our family, Lonnie Jessie Fullingim. Due to some complications, he was born 7 weeks early at 3lb, 7oz. But he is completely healthy and has inherited his dad’s ability to pack on weight, so he is growing like a weed.
- I am all about all things Texas – Not only Food (Whataburger, BBQ, Dr. Pepper, Tex-Mex) and sports teams (Cowboys, Mavs, Longhorns, etc.), but vacation spots, companies, colleges, and everything in between.
- If I ever won the lottery, I would buy as much Texas acreage as possible. In my free time, I love being outdoors – so I am a huge fan of camping, hunting, fishing, and exploring whenever I can.
