What do you like most about CSS?
I like that CSS is a great opportunity to enhance my real estate knowledge.
What has been your favorite project at CSS?
Appraiser Fee Negotiation was one of my favorite projects while working at CSS. I enjoyed the challenge of the task. The joy in the accomplishments of the fee negotiations made outweighed the No’s I received.
If you were to choose a superpower, what would it be?
If I were to choose my superpower, my superpower would be the power of Healing.
If you could have dinner with one person (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
If I can only choose one person to have dinner with. I would have dinner with my Mom. I would like to talk about the woman I have become, and all the things that have happened in the last 20 years without her being physically present.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
My Grandmother’s Chicken noodle dumplings that she makes special just for me.
What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
The weirdest thing I have ever eaten is either Alligator or Frog. For me, they both taste like Fishy Chicken. Perhaps prepared differently they might have been delicious.
