How did you hear about CSS?
I first learned about CSS while looking for a new job. I had worked at an AMC previously and then got into the lending side for several years. I had really enjoyed working on the appraisal end; and stumbled across a job posting for Valuation Coordinator at CSS, and it was the perfect timing. I started in the middle of October of this year, and I am very happy to be here.
What do you like most about CSS?
What I like most about CSS so far is the overall company culture and transparency – knowing what the companies revenue goals are and where we stand with the goals. Also being a part of such an awesome team!
Tell us the 3 words that would best describe your personality:
I would say 3 words to describe me are creative, friendly, and adaptable.
Tell us 3 things most people wouldn't know about you:
Three things about me, I have a side business called Say Cheese, and I create grazing boxes, boards and tables, I have a fear of flying, but I love to travel anywhere and everywhere so I try to not let that stop me, and I am a huge animal lover.
What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
The weirdest thing I have eaten is snails when I was in Paris. And I would definitely add that to the list of things I’d never eat again.

One of my favorite quotes/piece of advice is simply be kind to people, treat people as you would like to be treated.
