Employee Spotlight:  Kyle Kauss

A FEW WORDS FROM KYLE:

Since joining CSS in late February, despite my inability to go out and visit the locations and meet the teams, I have really enjoyed the sense of partnership and commitment to the clients and to growing. As the person tasked with leading growth by strategically targeting the right clients there is nobody that I have connected with who doesn’t share the same passion for growth and delighting our clients.

Q & A WITH KYLE:

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
While I don’t always follow it the best advice I have ever received is not speaking up in meetings unless I feel my contribution or comment is important to the discussion or is critical to my understanding. In my younger days of leadership I think I tried to comment on most everything so everyone knew I cared and was paying attention. I find it far more advantages to listen so that I understand situations, challenges and what I need to do in order to make the plans happen.

If you were to choose a superpower, what would it be?
Right now my superpower would be a stamp approving my inability to catch or pass on Covid-19 so that I could visit my granddaughter who was born on April 1st of this year and whom I have not yet met in person.

If you could have dinner one person (dead or alive) who would it be and why?

My mom, who died when I was 20. So many things I would want her to see most notably getting to see her face looking at pictures of my kids and granddaughter.
