A FEW WORDS FROM SHAWNTAE:
I first learned about CSS through Robert Half while working for a temporary agency called Account Temps. I started the assignment in the fall 2018 and worked in the recording department helping scan recorded documents into our ResWare system. When my assignment ended, I was working with another company when I received a call from my previous manager in the recording department asking if I was looking for a permanent position with CSS working in another department. I was so eager to come in for an interview! I interviewed for the Valuation Coordinator position and was able to start the job right away.
I love that my manager pushes me to take on new challenging opportunities along with building my confidence level. I am also treated with respect, and I love the people I work with. My favorite project working here at CSS has been working with the Accurate Team to get the Hybrid Appraisals completed in a timely fashion and deliver a quality product to the customer.
While working here at CSS, I have learned a great deal about working with our customers and our ValueNet team on communication with the Appraisers and the Inspection Agents. I have also learned communication is an important, useful skill in this position and helps me make our customers happy and willing to continue with CSS.
The two career lessons I have learned so far are: balancing work and family life and staying connected and motivated . The aspects I enjoy the most about my job are coming into work every day and making sure the customer is happy and receiving quality products as ordered.
