Employee Spotlight: Kelley Chilcott

I just reached my 60-day mark with CSS, and I enjoy working here. Everyday is different and busy, which I enjoy. The CSS team has made me feel welcome and appreciated. Even though I had Resware knowledge, I have learned a lot about CSS’ closing process in the little time I have been here. My favorite aspect of my role I enjoy most is working with the clients and making their transaction the easiest and nicest it can be. For most it is a special day, and I always want to leave a positive impression.

3 things most people don’t know about me:

1. I have a degree in Graphic Communications (art and business) and do art on the side when inspired.
2. I am originally from California, and in the winter I miss the sun (don’t know if that is a secret).
3. Been married for almost 30 years come June and have three grown kids along with three grandkids.

If you could have dinner with someone dead or alive, who would it be?

Probably my grandmother, who passed away 20 years ago because I still miss her sense of humor and laughter every day.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

It would probably be a toss between California rolls or soup & grilled cheese.
