Hello everyone, I am Jimesheia Williams and have been here for about a month. My position is a Valuation Coordinator. I first learned about CSS before my interview. I was interested after viewing the company’s core values and the positive comments from the clients. Fast forward to now, I have learned so much in this short time. I like the Grow training modules because they provided so much information about finances. I was surprised to take a course on how to budget and manage money, and to attend meetings where the company revenue and target goals are discussed. I have learned that CSS is transparent with the employees and clients. We also have an employee assistance program that is a great tool to use. I have never worked for an employer that is transparent and cared about their employees. Lastly, I cannot forget my amazing team… The Green Gobblers!!! Even though we work from home, I feel I am in the office with them every day. My team is awesome! I am happy to be here and thank you for the opportunity.
