This is the bonus update Ashley presented in the CSS Huddle this past Wednesday. I wanted to highlight and put into context our collective performance to date. We need approximately $79,000 of profit in September to reach the goal of $770,000 in profit through the 3rd quarter, which ends September 30th. As Ashley mentioned, this is a very reachable goal as our profit estimate for August alone is currently $214,000.
When we reach this goal, the 3rd quarter bonus will be at 6% of annual wages! To put this into perspective, this bonus amount equates to each of us being paid for an additional 3.12 weeks of work! This will be a terrific accomplishment! Keep up the good work!
