Strategy and Growth Team Ready To Make An Impact!
As we approached 2020, we knew the next step in the growth of CSS had to be the expansion of our national sales team.In 2019, we operated with just one salesperson while addressing other priorities. Our goal for early 2020 was to expand the sales team to three members and to provide that team with the full-time leadership of a sales manager. A few twists, a name change, and a global pandemic later, the CSS Strategy & Growth Team now has a terrific sales leader in Kyle, and three knowledgeable, experienced and driven sales executives in Joe, Marc and Chris!
In assembling this sales team, we have also expanded on our existing ways of generating new revenue for the company. As you know, we have been selling products and services on the national side to both first mortgage lenders (title insurance and appraisals) and home equity lenders (property reports, valuation, recording and flood). Joe is primarily selling our centralized title solution to first mortgage lenders, while Marc will be selling our home equity products to home equity lenders. Chris will be selling our commercial title insurance services in Chicago and surrounding areas. This represents a new investment in expanding the great work our Michigan team has done servicing commercial transactions for many years.
We are very excited to have our Strategy & Growth Team fully staffed and poised to produce new revenue for CSS. We are confident this investment, with a lot of hard work mixed in, will propel CSS to the next level while creating additional growth opportunities for those working at CSS.
