I went to school to be a paralegal and have a background in the legal field and real estate, so when I saw this position open, it seemed like the perfect fit. I have enjoyed the variety of tasks that come with this position since I handle licensing, facilities, and legal drafting. Every day is different, which keeps me on my toes! I have enjoyed being part of the legal team and the detective work that comes with drafting.
Tell us a few things most people might not know about you.
- I have two rescue dogs and three cats and am a volunteer with AC PAW, a local animal rescue.
- I am a Whole30 Certified Coach and spend much of my "free time" helping others to better-eating habits.
- I met my husband online, then found out my best friend and his best friend were dating (now married!)
- I spend a lot of the summer watching at the race track, watching my husband Jared race his car.
If you were to choose a superpower, what would it be?
- Either teleportation or time travel. I would save a lot of time traveling!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
- It would have to be Ice cream! I know it’s not technically a meal, but it’s the one thing I would happily eat forever.
