Meet Bob! A native Clevelander who's been working in the title industry for nearly 18 years.
Here's a bit more about him:
I started here in North Olmsted in June of 2014 as a Property Report Specialist, but have been in the title industry since 2003, doing everything from notary closings to escrow! Within a short time here at CSS, I started helping to process and schedule closings, and then moved on up to escrow closer and now the National Closing Team Lead role.
What do I like most about CSS?
One of the things I like most about CSS, is the daily interaction with my teammates. There really is something to be said about being able to talk through title and closing issues with each other, and sometimes gaining a new perspective on things, and learning from each other every day.
What are three facts that nobody knows about you?
If I could have dinner with one person again, it would be my Grandma Hickey. She was definitely a character who had so many interesting experiences in her life, that I want to just let her tell me all of the stories I never got a chance to ask her about. I also want to have a chance to tell her all about her my kids, and how much my daughter looks and acts like her. I think she would get a real kick out of them.
